Baby Powder!!!

No joke I used to have really bad hair and now it is shiny and in perfect health.

About once a week go a day or 2 with out washing so your hair can build up some grease. Then when you know you are not going to have to go anywhere for an entire day in the A.M. put Baby powder in your hair and comb it through. Leave it set for the day and before you go to bed that night wash it out.

Not only Will you hair be really really soft you will notice it get healthier as you go.

My cousin is a beautician and she tried doing all these treatments and things to help it but none of them did.

This was the only way I was able to pull my hair out of a slump that I was in with it. I had bleached my hair for like 7 years and it was just awful.

Now like I said my hair is shiny and very healthy.

I use a vitamin spray before drying and I take a supplement for hair, nails and skin, from Holland and Barrett. Works wonders !

Heat up some olive oil in a small microwavable dish for 15-20 seconds and smooth through damp hair. Leave it in for ten minutes then rinse out. And I find that pantine products work really good. Try them..
