Hairdo Help! Looking for fancy/dressy hairstyle for SHORT hair.?

I am wondering if any of you beauty gurus out there know of any good websites to look at fancy/dressy hairstyles for short hair? When I say short, I mean NOT shoulder or chin length, but like messy, spikey, short. Above the ears in most spots and longer on top. I need a dressy style for a wedding.....and maybe some hair accessory ideas for short hair. THANKS!
