My hair color vs. complection..?

Okay so i want to die my hair. Any ideas on what color i should do it?

Ive gotten a few comments saying it would look good but then some people say it would look bad with my complection..?

I think black will make you have a washed out look [pale skin]. I would try chestnut with blonde highlights.

Black might give you a harsh look, you should do dark brown, it will pop your features.
