Performance ready hair and makeup?

Im trying out for the Nets dancers... and for the audition I need "performance ready hair and makeup" I need some pointers, I really want to stand out. I have medium-long dark blonde/light brown hair, %26amp; big brown eyes..does anyone have any good hair %26amp; makeup ideas?

Performance ready hair and makeup?

Since you are trying out to be a Net dancer, I wouold definitely stay away from a tight, slicked back bun..(you are not trying out for a ballet) You need to look peppy and energetic. If you can, get someone to style your hair in spiral curls all over your head. Make sure they spray it with the product that makes your hair look shiny and then don't forget to spray it with lots of hairspray. You don't want any of it to get in your eyes while dancing. You want it to look good but you don't want it to distract the judges from your dance moves, facial expressions, and of course your big brown eyes. Make sure the spirals are thick enough to look good, too thick and they will look weighed down which will in turn make your dance moves look weighed down. They should be thin enough to where they look like....slinkyish, not weighed down at all!!

For makeup, don't forget to use fake eyelashes, not the dramatic ones with glitter on the lashes. Just the longer ones. Don't use too bright of blush or you'll look like a clown. Sense, you have brown features I would lean more towards the warmer colors to really bring out your eyes.

"Performance Ready" means..put your hair up in a high bun, or braid. Wear very dark eyeliner, gray eyeshadow, red lipstick, and dark cheeks.

heavy black eyeliner, bright red lipstick... it has to be heavy so that the makeup really stands out while you perform because the bright stage lights wash you out so much. and your hair should be in a neat bun, either a middle bun or a high bun. :) hth

because you are going to perform onstage (i assume, that is) there is the need for very dramatic and dark makeup. use black liquid liner on top lashes, and since you have big brown eyes, you can handle a black pencil liner all the way across the bottom lashes. use a shimmery green or blue shadow on your lids (this will make your big brown eyes stand out). good luck!

Performance ready means bring on the hairspray cause they don't want you hair moving. Depending on if they want your hair up or down, I know most wear their hair down. Just incase bring a hair tie.. As far as make up i would go with a dark brown liner and a shimmery neutral eyeshadow blended in with some dark brown around the creases and blended inward. Go with a brown.black mascara and some light bronze to highlight or accent your cheakbones. I would do light lipstick or shimmery gloss. You want to stand out but in a natural looking way, not clown.
