It's a white trash party, so I need a white trash do. My hair is medium length almost to my shoulders and brown. I don't want to cut it or do anything drastic. Any ideas?

Scrunchies or pretty gross. Small curls could be bad. Or just making it look fairly greasy (but that may be crossing a line). If all else fails throw on an ugly hat and call it good. Oh if you have the time definitely go with corn rows (but I'm guessing you don't). Anyway have fun and good luck!

Look at a 1990 yearbook picture...remember the wall of bangs? Just take the front of your hair and try to simulate that...Hairspray the crap out of it.

Just put a bunch of baby powder on your hair, and mix well. I've heard of people using baby powder on their hair if it is oily instead of washing it. That may fit the description your looking for.

Then pull it back on top of your head with a mis matched scrunchy. You could even go all out and use scrunchies down the length of the hair. In college, a girl showed up once wearing a shirt with a flag on it, and she had her hair in a pony tail with red white and blue scrunchies going down her pony tail. Hilarious!! If you have bangs, put a hot roller in them and puff them. It'll be great.
